A Handbook for JPs in NSW
The Handbook details step-by-step procedures for each function of a JP in NSW.
Every JP must read and understand the Handbook before performing any of the functions or duties of a JP for the first time.
Always following the instructions in the Handbook will help ensure that you carry out your functions in a proper and responsible manner, and that you comply with the Code of Conduct for JPs.
The Handbook is available for download free of charge. Printed copies can normally be purchased. However we are presently out of stock.

The Handbook may be modified from time to time by rulings about new procedures issued by the Attorney General. Such rulings are issued between editions of the Handbook, and modify or supplement the Handbook procedures. For this reason, you must read all current rulings in conjunction with the Handbook.
